17th Birthday

The 17, large black dots and the B are made with gum paste. The cake was frosted with buttercream frosting and using a star tip with a black dot for the edging. I used a black ribbon with white polk a dots to finish off the bottom of both layers.

Sandcastle Cake

My son's first Birthday was a beach them so I made a sandcastle. The sand is simply crushed up graham crackers. I used a small amount of icing to hold the ice cream cones together.

Christmas Cake

This was so much fun to make. Everything is edible from the twizzler scarf to the jelly belly ornaments. The trees were made by frosting upside down ice cream cones and the snow is coconut.

Wedding Cake

I made this cake for my cousin's wedding. Bottom Layer is 12 inch and top is 9 inch round, double layer. Butter-cream frosting and tip #8 for the edge. The silver is a non-edible ribbon.
